Candidate must be detailed, able to multi-task, and willing to work in a dynamic environment where a team approach is key Must speak fluent English and have strong English communication skills Must have strong communication skills as this position requires patient care coordination with other physicians, home health agencies, assisted living facilities, pharmacies, labs etc Great customer service and phone skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise Must have at least one year office/medical experience |
