Job Description:

We are looking intake case manager to join our team in Pasadena . The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. This position offers opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:
- Must speak fluent in English and Armenian, Speaking Spanish is preferred
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls
- Manage and organize office documents and records
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Provide administrative support
- Handle mail distribution and other clerical duties
- Minimum skills for Hospice MD

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in an office setting is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Responsibility is a must
