Job Description:

We are a growing Home Health Care agency seeking reliable, detail-oriented Office Assistants to join our team. We have both a full-time and a part-time position available. The ideal candidate will have experience in a home health care office environment and be comfortable managing multiple administrative responsibilities.

Schedules Available:
Full-Time: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Part-Time: Flexible hours (to be discussed)

Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Coordinating patient intake and onboarding
Scheduling visits and managing staff calendars
Posting and updating documentation
Answering and managing inbound telephone calls in a professional, courteous manner
Communicating with healthcare providers, patients, vendors, and internal staff

Job Requirements:

Fluent English speaking and strong English communication skills are required

Spanish or other language fluency is a plus

Familiarity with Synergy EMR software is a plus

Excellent customer service and phone skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks, resolve issues, and troubleshoot with minimal supervision

Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with families, referral sources, and interdisciplinary teams

Prior experience in a medical or office environment is preferred

Minimum 1 year of experience working in a Home Health Care office (preferred)
