Job Description:

The Marketing Specialist / Community Liaison will be responsible for generating new patient referrals by building and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, case managers, social workers, senior centers, and community organizations. This role is ideal for someone with healthcare marketing experience and existing referral connections.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in home health, hospice, or healthcare marketing.

Proven ability to generate patient referrals from physicians, hospitals, senior facilities, and community sources.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills with medical professionals and community leaders.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Knowledge of Medicare, Medi-Cal, and private insurance referral processes (preferred).

Strong organizational skills and ability to track and report referral activity.

Proficiency in basic computer applications (email, Microsoft Office, CRM tools).

Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally.

Bilingual (English/Spanish/Armenian) is a plus but not required.
