Seeking an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented Home Health Intake Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in home health operations and be responsible for managing patient referrals, intake processing, insurance verification, scheduling, and coordination of care.
Responsibilities:
