I am looking for a loan officer assistant that has experience in the mortgage loan industry. Please note that I am ONLY looking for someone with experience in the industry and no training is provided. The person I am looking for must understand all or most loan programs and have knowledge of the system of pricing and documentation. Can also work from home too.

Duties of the assistant loan officer:

• Contact with clients- Answering or calling clients to determine which loan options best fit them.
• Gathering the right documents and filling out applications
• Pricing the loan- Finding the right loan program based off of the client’s information received.
• Preapproving the client and submitting the loan to the processor to work with the processor directly
• Follow up system with clients during the whole loan process.
