Job Requirements:

Required Languages : (any that applies) ENGLISH/SPANISH/TAGALOG/VIETNAMESE

Registered Nurse - Valid CA license from Board of Registered Nursing , Liability insurance , Covid 19 Vaccine & Reliable transportation

Licensed Vocational Nurse - Valid CA LVN License , Liability Insurance , Covid 19 Vaccine & reliable Transportation

Home Health Aide & CNA - Valid Home Health Aide or Nursing Assistant Certification, Reliable Transportation & Covid 19 Vaccine

Caregiver- Must be either IHSS provider or has basic caregiving experience which is not limited but include : Dressing changes, meal prepping, shower/bath assisting, light house keeping, medication reminders & providing daily report .

ALL STAFF NEED TO BE PROFICIENT IN COMPUTER LITERACY , AS VISIT NOTES ARE REQUIRED TO BE DOCUMENTED AFTER EACH VISIT .
