Job Description:

•Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties.
•Collaborate with other team members to complete projects as needed.
•Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used for each job.
•Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience as a Handy Man is preferred.
•Strong knowledge of maintenance processes and methods across various trades (plumbing, painting, electrical, unit takeover, water heaters).
•Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
•Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
•Candidates must have their own tools.
•Must have a valid driver’s license and a truck.
