Client Consultation & Service: Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' preferences, assess their hair and scalp conditions, and recommend suitable services and products.
Hair Extensions: Perform professional hair extension services, including installation, blending, styling, and maintenance using various techniques (e.g., tape-ins, k-tips, i-tips, wefts, clip-ins).
Hair Coloring & Treatments: Apply a wide range of hair coloring techniques, such as highlights, balayage, and corrective color, based on a strong understanding of color theory.
Haircut & Styling: Execute precision female haircuts using both basic and advanced techniques. Create diverse hairstyles for both everyday looks and formal events, including blowouts, updos, etc.
Client Relationship Management: Form strong, ongoing bonds with loyal customers, manage appointments efficiently, and ensure every client leaves the salon satisfied with their experience.
Product Knowledge & Sales: Educate clients on hair maintenance routines and cross-sell hair care products and services to maximize revenue.
Salon Standards: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, ensuring all tools and equipment are sterilized according to California health and safety regulations.
Salary: Commission based (salon is expanding its client base)
