Job Description:

We are a busy screen printing, embroidery, and DTF (Direct to Film) production shop seeking a motivated and reliable General Labor team member.
This position involves supporting daily production operations, maintaining a clean work environment, and assisting with prep and finishing processes.

Job Requirements:

Clean and reclaim silk screens using emulsion remover and pressure washer

Coat screens with photo emulsion and prepare them for exposure

Assist in printing DTF (Direct to Film) sheets and other print materials

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area

Assist production staff as needed

Recommended experience in a print shop environment

Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

Basic understanding of printing or embroidery processes is a plus
