Loan Processor Responsibilities

- Process mortgage loan applications by reviewing and verifying financial information and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with TILA and Fair Housing regulations throughout the loan processing cycle.
- Collaborate with loan officers, escrow/title, and underwriters to facilitate smooth loan origination and approval.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with banking standards and procedures.
- Communicate with loan officers and clients to provide updates and resolve any issues during the loan process.
