We are seeking a proactive and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Accounting, have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on accounting experience, and demonstrate strong analytical and reconciliation skills. This role requires a high level of accuracy, accountability, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Experience with QuickBooks and POS integration is highly preferred.


Key Responsibilities:
Billing & Invoicing:
• Manage daily and monthly invoicing and billing cycles across multiple departments
• Handle refunds, billing adjustments, and monitor payments to ensure proper tracking
• Set up and maintain recurring transactions and automated billing processes
• Ensure timely and accurate billing in coordination with internal teams
Accounts Receivable & Payable:
• Track and update AR aging reports, flag overdue balances
• Follow up on collections and process vendor payments promptly
• Categorize expenses and record accrual entries
• Perform bank, credit card, and intercompany reconciliations
Internal Financial Reporting:
• Create and maintain Excel dashboards and custom reports
• Identify and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate reporting
Payments Tracking & Workflow Management:
• Reconcile internal and external payments monthly
• Monitor workflow for accurate and timely payment tracking
• Implement quality control practices across accounting processes

General Accounting Functions:
• Maintain and update Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and all financial documents
• Ensure QuickBooks records align with bank statements and vendor data
• Support audits, tax filings, and coordinate with external CPAs or consultants
• Foster strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders
