Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and welcome clients, visitors and employees as they arrive at the office.
Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and directing individuals to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, taking accurate messages when necessary.
Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages, as well as arrange outgoing mail and courier services.
Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
Keep the reception area tidy and presentable, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Uphold and promote the AxiomPrint, Inc. brand image through professional conduct and appearance.

Qualifications:
FLUENT in English
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.
Shipping Experience is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and office equipment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and a friendly, professional demeanor.
