Job Description:

We are a busy, family-owned dry cleaning business seeking reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a positive attitude and provide excellent service
Answer phone calls and assist with customer inquiries
Process clothes for drop-of and pick-up using our POS system
Tag, inspect, and identify stains or special cleaning instructions
Communicate clearly with customers about cleaning services, turnaround times, and pricing
Assist with light cleaning and other tasks as needed

Job Requirements:

Must speak and understand English clearly
Strong attention to detail
Customer service experience preferred
Reliable, punctual, and friendly attitude
Willingness to learn about fabrics, stain identification, and garment care
