Our company is a boutique importer and distributor of Fine Wines, Spirits, and Specialty Foods based in North Hollywood, California. We are seeking a Financial Analyst & Advisor who is organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is highly professional, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Monthly Responsibilities:

- Prepare and analyze monthly sales reports by product line and brand.
- Monitor sales trends and compare actual results to monthly targets or forecasts.
- Identify performance variances and provide actionable insights to management.
- Support monthly revenue and sales planning, including short-term projections and recommendations.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to optimize product performance and inventory alignment.

Quarterly Responsibilities:

- Prepare and analyze quarterly sales reports by product line and brand.
- Review inventory levels, turnover, and stock optimization.
- Update quarterly budgets and forecasts based on sales trends and business performance.
- Identify variances between actual results and projections, providing actionable recommendations.

Annual Responsibilities:

- Develop annual sales forecasts and budget plans for multiple products and brands.
- Conduct year-end inventory and financial analysis to support strategic planning.
- Prepare comprehensive annual financial reports highlighting trends, profitability, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with management to inform long-term business and financial strategies.
