Job Description:

Meet with customers and prepare the best funding options and terms.
2. Will oversee job costs and progress payments as well as day-to-day financial responsibilities for construction projects.
3. Report financial data.
4. Money collection, managing cash flow, and billing
5. Lender account management and oversee new lenders.
6. Oversee credit applications processing.
7. Resolve and respond to the lender’s complaints.

Job Requirements:

Must have experience in finance for a construction company.
2. Familiarity with different lenders is a strong advantage.
3. Experience in budgeting and management.
4. Experience in opening accounts with new finance lenders.
5. Ability to gather and organize all necessary documents for finance applications.
6. Experience with QuickBooks Desktop version, preferred.
7. Comfortable collaborating with Sales reps.
8. Proven ability to coordinate with production and help meet weekly funding goals.
9. Computer savvy.
