Job Description:

We are searching for a trustworthy, patient and reliable nanny for our 15 month old son in Granada Hills. The position will start as part-time and roll over into full-time in coming months. The right candidate will be FLEXIBLE with our odd work schedules and will be able to communicate fluently in ENGLISH and Armenian. We aren't just looking for someone to watch our son, we're looking for someone who will love him, put his well-being first and be a part of our family.

Job Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- Maintaining health and safety of our son at all times: feedings, diaper changes, close supervision at all times.
- Providing him 3 nutritious meals and 2 snacks per day- with some light cooking for child if we haven't had the chance to prepare meals for him.
- Light child care related tidying.
- Keeping the child's schedule.
- Keeping him engaged, occupied and learning via playtime, books, and activities.
- 2 walks per day, and playtime outside, if weather permitting.

Qualifications:
- Kind, warm-hearted, trustworthy. You're not here to just watch him, but help him grow and learn.
- Safety conscious. First-Aid/CPR certified a bonus.
- Tangible experience with toddlers a must, references will be requested.
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH and Armenian - one of the parents is english speaking, and you will need to communicate with both parents.
- Physically capable; our son is big for his age and you will need to be able to lift 35lbs frequently and easily.
- Vaccinated.

Additional Details
- Rate is negotiable and based on your experience and the schedule we decide together.
- This is a part-time position to start and looking for someone who would eventually like to stay with us full-time, longterm.
