Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement and/or trial
Draft legal documents, including demand packages, pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and medical providers
Obtain, review, and summarize medical records and billing
Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and litigation timelines
Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits and trial binders
Prepare settlement statements and assist with lien negotiations
Maintain organized and accurate case files

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal
Strong knowledge of California personal injury laws, procedures, and deadlines
Experience handling both pre-litigation and litigation files independently
Fluency in Armenian and/or Russian in addition to English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems like CasePeer
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong ability to multitask and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Paralegal certificate preferred

Position Details:

1099 Independent Contractor position
Flexible schedule (to be coordinated with the office)
In-office preferred (Burbank, CA), with potential for partial remote work based on experience

Compensation:

Competitive hourly or per-case compensation, commensurate with experience
