Experienced LVN Needed – Home Health - Sherman Oaks, CA

We are actively seeking a highly reliable, experienced LVN who can work independently and deliver strong clinical care in the Home Health setting.

Home Health experience is REQUIRED. Please do not apply if you do not have prior experience.

Position Expectations:
* Dependable, accountable, and professional at all times
* Timely submission of route sheets and visit documentation (strict requirement)
* Strong communication with clinical team and physicians
* Ability to manage patients independently and efficiently

Required Clinical Experience:
* G-Tube care and management
* Wound care
* Foley catheter care and management

Coverage Area:
* Los Angeles
* San Fernando Valley

Compensation:
* $45 per visit
* Additional pay for wound care, G-Tube, and catheter visits to be discussed
