Looking for an Experienced Catering Operations Consultant (Paid)

I am looking for someone who has personally launched or managed a successful catering business.

I do not need help with permits, licenses, or legal paperwork. Those are already being handled.

I am looking for a paid 1–2 hour consultation with someone who has real, hands-on experience.

I need guidance on:

• Setting up an efficient catering operation.

• Creating Small, Medium, and Large catering packages.

• Kitchen workflow and food preparation.

• Packaging, delivery, and choosing the right delivery platforms (DoorDash, Uber Eats, or others).

• Building a business that can grow and scale.

Please apply only if you have personally built or managed a catering business.

This is a paid consultation, with the possibility of ongoing consulting if we are a good fit.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience owning or managing a catering business.

• Experience with catering operations and logistics.

• Knowledge of food packaging and delivery systems.

• Experience creating catering menus and packages.

• Ability to provide practical advice based on real experience.
