Job Requirements:

Perform high-quality collision repair, including disassembling and reassembling vehicle components.

Conduct structural and non-structural repairs on various vehicle types, including aluminum.

Execute precision paint preparation, sanding, priming, and masking.

Perform expert paint application using our advanced downdraft spray booth.

Utilize in-house color mixing systems to achieve 100% color match, including complex multi-stage and pearl finishes.

Diagnose and repair damage, accurately estimate repair times, and ensure all work aligns with manufacturer specifications.

Operate all body shop equipment safely and efficiently, including frame machines, welders, and diagnostic tools.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations.

Collaborate effectively with team members and management.
