EXECUTIVE OPERATIONS PARTNER NEEDED - Sunland, CA

EXECUTIVE OPERATIONS PARTNER

Founder’s Right Hand and Left Hand

Full-time | In-office | Glendale, California

Most people are looking for a job.

I am looking for the rare person who wants to become indispensable.

I run fast. I carry mortgage transactions, real estate deals, business operations, legal documents, deadlines, clients, lenders, escrow officers, vendors, and new ideas simultaneously. Decisions happen quickly. Priorities can change in minutes. Opportunities do not wait for convenient timing.

I need someone beside me who can turn that motion into organized execution.

Your job is not to watch me work. Your job is to make sure nothing gets lost between a decision and the result.

When I make a decision, you move. When the direction changes, you adjust. When something is missing, you find it. When someone owes us an answer, you follow up. When a deadline is approaching, you are already on top of it.

I should not have to remember what I already assigned.

What This Role Really Is

This is more than an administrative-assistant position.

You will become the operational extension of a fast-moving entrepreneur building mortgage, real estate, investment, property-management, and related businesses.

You will sit close to the decisions, learn how transactions are structured, communicate with professionals, organize sensitive information, and gradually take ownership of increasingly important responsibilities.

The right person will eventually know the business well enough to anticipate what I need before I ask.

You will help manage:

Mortgage and real estate files

Borrower and client documentation

Lender, escrow, title, insurance, and vendor follow-ups

Calendars, appointments, calls, emails, and deadlines

Letters, summaries, spreadsheets, trackers, and reports

Research, document preparation, and problem solving

Personal and business administrative matters

Open tasks that must be pushed until they are completely finished

New systems and procedures that make the company faster and stronger

Some days will be structured. Other days will require you to create structure out of controlled chaos.

The Person I Want

You are intelligent, fast, emotionally steady, and extremely organized.

You do not freeze when ten things happen at once. You quickly determine what matters most, what can wait, and what could become a serious problem if ignored.

You do not need every assignment broken into ten steps. You listen carefully, understand the objective, ask intelligent questions, and figure out the path forward.

You are comfortable receiving direct feedback. You do not become defensive when corrected. You make the adjustment, remember it, and become better.

You have enough confidence to speak up when you see a mistake, but once a decision is made, you execute without unnecessary resistance or drama.

You are not afraid of detailed work. You can review documents, compare numbers, notice inconsistencies, make calls, write professional emails, and follow up repeatedly without allowing anything to disappear.

Most importantly, you are trustworthy.

What Loyalty Means Here

Loyalty does not mean flattery or blind agreement.

Loyalty means discretion, consistency, honesty, and protecting the business when nobody is watching.

You will eventually have access to private financial information, business strategies, client relationships, proprietary systems, passwords, deal structures, and conversations that never leave the room.

That access is a responsibility, not an opportunity to build a private contact list, collect company intelligence, recruit clients, imitate the business, or prepare a competing venture.

If your pattern is to enter a company, absorb its information, take its relationships, and run, do not apply.

If you gossip, play office politics, hide mistakes, or change your behavior depending on who is watching, this position will not work.

Trust will be earned gradually. As trust grows, so will your access, authority, compensation, and opportunity.

The right person will not remain “just an assistant.” You can grow into mortgage operations, transaction management, project coordination, recruiting, business development, or a senior operational position.

I want someone who is interested in building something substantial with us, not someone quietly planning their exit from the first day.

What You Must Bring

Exceptional follow-through

Strong written and verbal communication

Excellent attention to detail

Fast and accurate computer skills

Confidence using Word, Excel, PDFs, email, calendars, cloud storage, and online systems

The ability to learn unfamiliar software quickly

Professional judgment with confidential information

The discipline to maintain organized records and task trackers

The persistence to follow up until an issue is resolved

The ability to remain calm under pressure

Reliable transportation and consistent in-office availability

A strong work ethic without entitlement or unnecessary ego

Experience in mortgage, real estate, banking, legal work, insurance, finance, executive assistance, compliance, or document processing is highly valuable.

A degree in law, business, finance, political science, or a related field is helpful, but proven intelligence, judgment, and execution matter more than credentials.

Armenian or Russian language skills are helpful but not required.

This Position Is Not for You If

You wait to be reminded repeatedly.

You confuse activity with accomplishment.

You regularly leave tasks half-finished.

You need constant praise to stay engaged.

You become overwhelmed by changing priorities.

You hide errors instead of reporting and correcting them.

You are careless with names, dates, numbers, or documents.

You resent detailed administrative work.

You treat confidential information casually.

You are looking for a temporary stop while searching for something else.

You want access to a business more than you want responsibility for its success.

This Position May Be for You If

You feel satisfaction when a complicated situation becomes organized because of you.

You naturally remember details other people forget.

You are the person friends, professors, attorneys, executives, or coworkers depend on when something important must actually get done.

You want proximity to real decisions, real transactions, and real business growth.

You want to be challenged, learn quickly, earn trust, and become someone whose contribution cannot easily be replaced.

How to Apply

Send your résumé with concise answers to the following questions:

Describe a time you caught an important mistake before it caused damage.

Tell me about a situation where you had several urgent assignments at once. How did you decide what to handle first?

What does loyalty mean when an employee has access to confidential business and client information?

What is something complicated you taught yourself without being instructed step by step?

Why do you want this particular position instead of a standard administrative job?

Confirm your availability, commute to Glendale, and compensation expectations.

Use the subject line:

NOTHING GETS DROPPED

Applicants who ignore the instructions will not be considered.

This is a demanding position with significant growth potential. If you want a quiet job where you complete a checklist and watch the clock, this is not it.

If you want to become the person who stands beside the decision-maker, converts ideas into action, protects the operation, pushes every priority forward, and grows as the company grows, I want to hear from you.
