About Us:
A leader in addiction recovery and wellness. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

Speak to new clients.

Handle confidential information with discretion.

Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Assist with project management, follow-ups, and deadline tracking.

Manage incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence.

Perform general administrative duties as needed.


Requirements:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.

High level of professionalism and discretion.
