We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Esthetician to join our medspa team. The ideal candidate will not only be highly proficient in esthetics but also willing to assist with front desk responsibilities and general upkeep duties when not seeing clients. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about skincare, enjoys a collaborative team environment, and thrives in a setting where flexibility and multitasking are valued.

Schedule & Compensation:

Hours: Thursday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Additional on-call opportunities are available for other days of the week

Compensation:

$20 per hour base pay

20% commission + tips on all esthetician treatments

10% commission on skincare retail sales

Responsibilities:

Skincare Expertise: Apply knowledge of esthetic principles, techniques, and industry trends to provide safe, effective, and professional treatments.

Client Services: Deliver outstanding esthetic services with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed on skincare products, their benefits, and usage; confidently recommend and upsell products to clients.

Sales Support: Contribute to retail goals by guiding clients in selecting the right skincare products.

Multi-Tasking: During downtime, assist with front desk operations, scheduling, answering client inquiries, inventory management, and general upkeep of the medspa.

Collaboration: Foster a positive, team-oriented environment by supporting colleagues in all aspects of daily medspa operations.
