Job Description:

e are currently seeking detail-oriented and motivated Entry Writers to join our team in Commerce, CA. As an Entry Writer, you will be responsible for preparing and processing import/export documentation in compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit customs entries for import shipments

Ensure the timely and accurate release of cargo

Coordinate with brokers, carriers, and government agencies

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs regulations and tariff classifications

Track and resolve any entry-related issues or discrepancies

Communicate effectively with clients regarding shipment status

Job Requirements:

1+ year experience in customs entry writing (entry level is okay, and/or will train the right candidate)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
