Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Dispatcher / Customer Service Coordinator to join our growing mobile auto repair company.

This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable communicating with customers, coordinating service calls, working with scheduling systems, and handling multiple tasks throughout the day.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position, approximately 40 hours per week.

Weekend availability may occasionally be required depending on business needs and service demand.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $21 to $25 per hour, based on the applicant’s experience, qualifications, and background.

Additional performance-based bonuses may be available for the right candidate.

Job Requirements:

Candidate Requirements

Prior experience in dispatch, customer service, automotive service, or a similar role
Strong English communication skills
Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
Comfortable working with phones, computers, CRM platforms, and scheduling systems
Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging customers or situations
Strong attention to accuracy and detail
Able to make decisions independently and react quickly when schedules or situations change
Automotive knowledge is highly preferred, but it is not mandatory

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in any of the following environments are especially encouraged to apply:

Automotive repair shops
Mobile mechanic or mobile repair companies
Towing companies
Field service businesses

Basic familiarity with automotive terminology and common vehicle repairs is a plus.

Experience working with CRM, dispatching, or scheduling software is also preferred.

Knowledge of Spanish or Russian is an additional advantage.
