Requirements for Dental Assistant:

Experience as a Dental Assistant (must-have).

Valid CPR certification (if you don’t have one, we will provide you with the training). 

Infection Control Certificate (8 hours, California state law requirement)

Valid X-ray Certification: Complete a 32-hour Radiation Safety Course 

Requirements For a Dental Receptionist:

• Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist preferred
  
  

• Strong communication and organizational skills
  
  

• Ability to handle scheduling, phone calls, and patient check-in/check-out
  
  

• Team player with a positive attitude
  
  

• Armenian and English are a must
  
  

• Spanish and Russian are preferable
  
  

• Familiarity with Open Dental software is a plus
