• Assist staff members with daily operational needs
• Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and reminders
• Help organize schedules and tasks
• Communicate with clients professionally
• Support front desk and team workflow when needed
• Help maintain smooth and efficient clinic operations

Job Requirements:

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to assist staff members as required for daily operations
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced beauty and medical environment
• Social media/basic content skills are a plus
• Reliable, responsible, and able to solve problems independently
• Must be punctual and able to manage time effectively
• Customer service experience preferred
• English and Spanish required
