We are a window treatment store specializing in custom window shades, and we’re looking for a reliable and professional Customer Support Representative / Appointment Setter to join our team. Compensation: Based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and set appointments
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or text
• Provide accurate information about our products and services
• Maintain a professional and friendly tone at all times
• Keep records of customer interactions and update CRM systems

Job Requirements:

• Fluent English is a must
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and follow scripts when needed
