- Answer incoming phone calls from patients, healthcare facilities, case managers, and insurance providers
Schedule, modify, and confirm transportation appointments
- Coordinate with dispatch and drivers regarding trip status and updates
- Handle customer concerns and provide timely resolutions
- Verify trip details including pickup times, addresses, mobility needs, and authorization information
- Maintain accurate records in scheduling and dispatch software
- Communicate professionally with hospitals, clinics, dialysis centers, and medical offices
- Monitor active trips and assist with service recovery when delays or issues arise
- Assist with eligibility verification and transportation authorizations when needed
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines
- Support management with administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

- Previous customer service, call center, dispatch, healthcare, or transportation experience preferred
- Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dispatch/scheduling software
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
Experience in NEMT, medical transportation, or logistics is a plus
