Job Description:

I’m looking to hire Customer Service Representative for an Independent State Farm Insurance Agency (Preferably with P&C license) . You must be fluent in English and Armenian.

Job Requirements:

- Cold calling
- Ask for referrals
- Contact existing customers to add new lines of insurance.
- Pivot from service contacts to set cross-selling appointments.
- Review existing policies and process changes.
- Take claims and follow-up on claims questions or problems
- Process service requests/memos
- Process payments, answer phones & greet customers
- Contact existing customers to set review appointments.

Salary:

$20-$22/hr
