Job Description:

Appliance Repair Company is looking for a reliable and organized Customer Service / Inventory Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities

Enter and update inventory information in the computer system
Track appliance parts and maintain accurate inventory records
Receive and organize incoming parts
Prepare invoices and basic paperwork
Provide general office support as needed

Job Requirements:

Basic English communication skills
Basic computer skills
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Ability to learn our software and procedures
Office experience is a plus, but not required

Full-time position. Training will be provided.

This is an office-based position. There is no in-person customer interaction or meeting with customers
