Job Description:

• Professional dress code
• Assisting customers in finding books and other items
• Processing transactions and handling cash, credit, or check payments
• Restocking shelves and organizing displays
• Handling special orders for customers
• Providing recommendations based on customers’ reading
preferences
• Maintaining the store’s cleanliness and visual appeal
• Helping in-store events like book signings and readings
• Answering customer inquiries about books, authors, and merchandise

Job Requirements:

• Strong English and Armenian Language skills
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and
understand their needs.
• A strong passion for literature and learning about various genres and
authors
• Being familiar with Armenian culture and community
• The transportation system is important
• Being available specifically on Fridays and Saturdays
