Job Description:

We're looking qualified and dependable individuals to join our team in customer service and application processing roles. Candidates will be responsible for assisting customers via email, telephone, and live chat, as well as processing applications accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities Include; Processing and reviewing applications accurately. Responding to customer inquiries through email, phone and chat. Maintaining accurate records and attention to details.

Job Requirements:

Fluency in English is a must. Strong typing skills and computer proficiency. Excellent vocabulary and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Weekday and Weekend shits available.
