We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our culinary team. *Responsibilities*

- Prepare and chop ingredients according to recipes and menu specifications.

- Assist in menu planning and ensure that all necessary items are stocked and ready for service.

- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen.

- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including knives, slicers, and mixers.

- Help with catering events by preparing large quantities of food as needed.

- Clean and organize workstations, ensuring a tidy kitchen environment.

- Support the culinary team during peak service times by assisting with cooking tasks as required.

- Follow all food handling guidelines to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.

- Proficiency in knife skills and various cooking techniques.

- Experience in a kitchen setting, preferably in food service or restaurant environments.
