Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to Le Brand’s recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
- Ensure timely and consistent preparation and plating during service
- Support prep work, inventory management, and order receiving
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to uphold quality and consistency
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and sanitation regulations
