Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cook / Chef to join our delivery-only ghost kitchen, specializing in premium grilled ribs, wings, and signature sides. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes according to our brand standards, ensuring speed, consistency, and top-quality presentation for every order. This is a high-energy role that requires precision, efficiency, and a passion for flavor — all within a delivery-focused production kitchen environment.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cook or chef in a professional kitchen (ghost kitchen experience is a plus)

• Strong skills in grilling, smoking, and meat preparation (especially ribs and chicken wings)

• Ability to work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

• Team player with excellent communication skills

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends

Salary:

$22 per hour
