Job Description:

A Construction Payment Application Manager oversees the financial and administrative workflows of construction projects. Manager should verify contractor invoices against site progress, manage project budgets, and ensure compliance with complex contracts. This role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of industry payment processe

Job Requirements:

Core responsibilities

Schedule of Values (SOV): Breakdown of the project budget used to track the percentage of work completed each month.
Compliance & Lien Waivers: Tracking insurance certificates, conditional/unconditional lien waivers, and sworn statements to protect against risk.
Change Orders: Ensuring approved alterations to the scope of work are accurately reflected in the monthly billings.
Retainage: Managing the specific percentage of funds withheld from contractors until project completion.

Salary:

$40,000 to $56,000
