Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly, patient, and responsible individual to provide respite care for a 16-year-old male. This position involves spending quality time with him, engaging in fun and age-appropriate activities, and offering companionship.

Responsibilities:
• Take him out into the community for recreational outings (e.g., park, movies, coffee shop, etc.)
• Engage in conversation and build a positive rapport
• Support his interests and encourage social interaction
• Provide supervision and ensure his safety during outings
• Be a supportive, calm, and positive presence

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:
• Reliable, punctual, and caring
• Ability to connect and communicate with teenagers
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
