-Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems
-Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and light food items in accordance with safety and quality standards
-Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas by mopping, dusting etc.
-Stocking drinks/chips/snacks etc.
-Ensure food safety standards are met during food handling, preparation, and serving processes
-Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service
-Upsell products to enhance customer experience and increase sales
