Job Description:

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and experienced caregivers to join our team at a residential care home for elderly residents. We are hiring for BOTH LIVE-IN CAREGIVERS and 10-HOUR SHIFT CAREGIVERS.

Job Requirements:

* Previous professional experience caring for elderly adults
* Experience with dementia/Alzheimer’s preferred
* Compassionate, patient, dependable, and respectful
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Comfortable assisting with activities of daily living, including:
* Bathing and showering
* Dressing and grooming
* Toileting and incontinence care
* Mobility and transfers
* Feeding and meal assistance
* Medication reminders/assistance as permitted
* Able to prepare nutritious meals
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and common areas
* Assist with laundry and other resident-related household duties
* Monitor residents and recognize changes in condition or behavior
* Communicate concerns promptly to management
* Maintain residents’ dignity, privacy, and safety at all times
* CPR/First Aid certification preferred

Must speak basic English - essential for resident safety, communication, and following care instructions.
