Position Overview
We are currently hiring Delivery Drivers and Operations Support staff for our Van Nuys location. This position is ideal for someone who wants stability, growth opportunities, and the ability to move into higher-paying leadership roles as the company expands.
Applicants with delivery, dispatcher, warehouse, office, customer service, or cannabis industry experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities Include:
• Safely and professionally deliver customer orders
• Verify customer ID and required delivery documentation
• Communicate with dispatch regarding deliveries and routes
• Handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately
• Maintain delivery logs and follow company procedures
• Assist with dispatching and daily operations when needed
• Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service
• Keep delivery vehicle clean and organized
• Follow all California cannabis compliance and safety regulations
• Report issues immediately to management
• Support team operations and maintain a positive work environment

Schedule & Availability
• Flexible availability between 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Assigned shifts based on business needs
• Weekend and evening availability required
• Full-time and part-time positions available

Job Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY)
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid California Driver License
• Valid auto insurance
• Reliable and fuel-efficient vehicle
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Reliable, punctual, organized, and trustworthy
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Cannabis industry experience is a plus, but not required
