Job Description:

- AP/AR Processing
- Daily Bank Deposits
- Account research to resolve discrepancies
- Monthly Bank Reconciliation
- Monthly-Year End-Ad Hoc Reporting
- Year-end processing/1099s and W-2s
- Primary interface with our accounting firm
- Payroll and Expense Report Processing
- Scheduling, payroll processing, and record-keeping
- Maintain accurate employee and client files

Job Requirements:

*Proven experience in QuickBooks, accounts payable, payroll processing, and general ledger accounting.
*Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
*Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.
*Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
