Job Description:

Join our team at ALMA Behavioral Solutions as a Behavioral Therapist, providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in home, school, and community-based settings. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will implement individualized treatment plans, teach skills, and track client progress.

We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of children with developmental needs. Ideal candidates have experience working with children, reliable transportation, and interest or coursework in ABA therapy.

Job Requirements:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, or community settings
• Implement behavior intervention plans created by a supervising BCBA
• Collect and record accurate data on client behavior and progress
• Participate in team meetings and trainings
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, caregivers, and team members
• Follow safety protocols and ethical standards in all sessions
• Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and consistency in session delivery
