We are seeking a Behavioral Health Administrator to join our team in Burbank, CA. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all administrative, operational, and support functions within our ABA clinic. You will serve as the key point of contact between staff, clients, and insurance providers - ensuring that our team runs efficiently and that families receive the highest level of care and service.

Key Responsibilites

Oversee day-to-day administrative activites including scheduling, staff coordination, office organization, and workflow management.
Manage insurance verification and eligibility checks.
Serve as the main point of contact for parents and caregivers; provide excellent customer service, handle inquiries, and assist with onboarding new clients.
Create and manage staff and client schedules; monitor cancellations, ensure session coverage, and coordinate with clinicians.
Maintain accurate records, assist with filing.
Troubleshoot and coordinate technology needs including EMR/EHR systems, scheduling software, telehealth platforms, and hardware management.
Ensure all clinic policies, HIPAA standards, and documentation requirements are consistently followed.
Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to foster a supportive, organized, and efficient environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field.
2+ years of experience in a healthcare or behavioral health administrative role.
Strong knowledge of insurance processes, including authorizations.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with practice management software, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and general IT troubleshooting.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, client centered environment.
