Job Requirements:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Representative with a passion for design and strong sales ability. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and driven to close deals while building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
• Greet and assist showroom customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable tile, stone, and hardwood products
• Prepare quotes, estimates, and sales orders
• Follow up on leads and maintain relationships with clients, designers, and contractors
• Actively work to meet and exceed sales targets
• Maintain showroom appearance and product displays
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and design trends
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction

Qualifications
• Proven experience in sales (tile, flooring, construction, or related industry preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Quick learner with a positive, self-motivated attitude
• Bilingual
• Basic computer skills (POS systems, email, invoicing, etc.)
• Ability to work weekends if required
