B2B Field Sales Representative – Salons, Spas & Barbershops - Los Angeles, CA

Our Company  is hiring a Field Sales & Customer Relations Representative for the Glendale and Burbank areas.

The role includes visiting salons, spas, barbershops, and other professional businesses, presenting VILIANTE products, following up with leads, delivering samples and promotional materials, maintaining customer relationships, and developing new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

The company provides leads and business lists, while the employee is also expected to actively identify and develop new potential customers. All visits, follow-ups, customer feedback, and orders must be properly updated in the CRM.

Schedule: 5 days per week, up to 140 hours per month
Starting Pay: $19/hour, with the opportunity to increase up to $31/hour based on monthly sales performance
Transportation Reimbursement: Up to $150/month for approved business travel expenses

This position is ideal for someone who is outgoing, organized, responsible, comfortable with in-person sales, and interested in building long-term customer relationships. Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
