Job Description:

Responsibilities
• Greet walk-in customers and assist with orders
• Answer phone calls, emails, and messages
• Provide quotes and explain products/services
• Coordinate customer orders with the production team
• Perform basic computer/data-entry tasks
• Assist with simple design edits (resizing files, minor corrections)
• Maintain a clean and organized office
• Help in production if needed (sorting prints, packaging, simple tasks)

Job Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is friendly, responsible, and able to deliver excellent customer service. The ideal candidate must have very good computer skills, be comfortable using different programs, and able to learn new tasks quickly. Strong communication and organizational abilities are important, along with reliability and punctuality.

You must be able to work a 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule, keep the office clean and organized, and assist in production when needed (such as sorting prints or simple packaging tasks). Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus, but not required. Applicants must be between 20–35 years old. Training will be provided.
