Job Description:

ATP Development & Construction is a family-owned construction company based in Pasadena, California. We’re looking to grow our team as our job quantity grows. Focused on residential and commercial construction, with a specific niche in Foundations, Hillside Foundations, Concrete, Caissons, Public Improvements, and B-Permit Work. We’re looking to add a project manager assistant to the team who can eventually be their own project manager.

Job Requirements:

* Familiar with the California Building Code.
* Coordinate job inspections.
* Communicate with water, electrical, and gas companies.
* Assist in accounting, billing, and invoice management.
* Handle all project document filing, ensuring documents are complete, up to date, and stored appropriately.
* Assist with project accounting functions, including preparing billing and reviewing/approving subcontractor progress payments.
* Assist with controlling budgets and managing cost control throughout the life of the project.
* Develop and assist in managing the project schedules.
* Assist project subcontractors including coordination, procurement of materials and equipment, monitoring budget and cost, and managing billings.
* Assist with the coordination of the project architects, designers, subcontractors, and field personnel.

Salary:

$70,000 - $100,000
