• Light maintenance, including general cleaning of the storage site, customer service attitude, good at working as part of a TEAM to run a clean and efficient storage facility.
• Self-motivated and Directed – effectively manages time and is highly productive
• Excellent Computer Skills – is comfortable with Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and QuickBooks, and ideally is proficient with (or can learn to use) Facility Management Software
• Problem Solver – is creative and resourceful in handling delicate situations
• Strong Organizational Ability – has strong attention to detail and can actively input accurate records of customer communication into facility management software
• Thorough and Reliable – can review and implement a detailed list of procedures to ensure consistent high-quality customer service
• Collections – has experience and is comfortable reaching out to customers for past due payments, in a kind and persistent manner.
• Watchful Eye – is observant and curious, and will efficiently monitor all activities at the facility.
